To utilize cutting-edge technologies and their expertise in computing and information systems to develop, manage, and support sophisticated IT services including server and cloud services. This is a campus-based position with the possibility of hybrid-work.
Responsibilities- Provide on-premises and cloud IT system support, including windows servers
- Design and implement new on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure and systems
- Communicate professionally & effectively with teammates, management, peers, colleagues, and university constituents
- Maintain and improve technical and professional knowledge and skills
- Work as part of a team

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree with three (3) years of experience in a computer/technical field OR master’s degree with one (1) year of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

- Experience with windows system administration
- Experience supporting the following technologies:
- Azure Cloud infrastructure design and management
- Active Directory
- MS Entra
- PKI
- Microsoft 365 platform and services including email
- VMWare
- HyperV
- Compute hardware support including HPE servers
- Listserv
- VEEAM backup
Salary Range $80,000 - $90,000
