Business Systems Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance its enterprise Capacity Management program. This role will serve as a key liaison between technology, infrastructure, and business stakeholders, translating capacity management processes, reporting needs, and governance requirements into actionable insights and solutions. The analyst will gather, validate, and analyze capacity and demand data, identify trends and risks, and develop executive-level reporting that enables informed decision-making and operational planning.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in complex technology environments. Responsibilities include facilitating governance meetings, documenting business requirements, driving reporting standardization, developing KPIs and dashboards, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, process consistency, and program maturity. Success in this role requires the ability to bridge business and technical teams, synthesize complex data into clear recommendations, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.90 - $49.84/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
