What You'll Do:
  • Meet with business stakeholders to understand application change requests, translate requirements into functional specifications, and coordinate reviews through final approval.
  • Develop test plans and test cases, execute functional and integrated testing, and verify that application enhancements perform as expected.
  • Analyze the impact of application changes across related systems and coordinate implementation and post-implementation activities.
  • Monitor project scope, requirements, documentation, and change requests to ensure alignment with business needs, technology standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate timely resolution of testing and implementation issues while supporting application owners and mentoring less experienced team members.
Job Requirements What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analytics.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Process definition and implementation in a regulated industry
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in guiding teams building, operating, or governing APIs
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Governance mindset
What Sets You Apart:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages.
  • Solid problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution.
  • Experience or subject matter expert in business with knowledge and experience utilizing application/system being supported.
  • Successful performance in Technology Internship.
  • Capable of working on multiple projects of basic to moderate complexity.
  • Proven understanding of applications supported with a knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.
  • Ability to effectively use project management, word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Good understanding of the Bank's application framework.
  • Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven lateral thinking skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively present to all levels of management.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
  • Ability to coordinate between applications and business units.
  • Ability to multitask for various components of moderately complex projects.
  • Ability to recognize project milestones and delivery dates.
  • Ability to recommend and implement solutions.
  • Detail-oriented.
