Instructional Support Technician, Student Success Management System

University at Buffalo is hiring an Instructional Support Technician for the Student Success Management System. This role supports the implementation and daily use of the EAB Navigate
360 platform, assisting campus users with troubleshooting, training, content development, and collaboration with vendors to enhance student retention and graduation efforts.

• Deliver professional support and responses to EAB Navigate
  360 platform users.
• Organize and facilitate training on effective use of the student success management system.
• Develop and maintain mobile app content and training resources for students and staff.
• Manage access provisioning and onboarding within the student success system.
• Collaborate with system vendors for escalated support and system enhancements.
• Monitor and address user inquiries and requests as front-line support.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required; experience with MS SharePoint and Navigate
  360 or CRM systems is preferred.
• Must hold a bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience; a master's degree and higher education background are preferred.
• Salary range is $58,000 - $61,000 for this full-time, term professional appointment.
• Position reports to the Associate Director of Student Success Management System within the Undergraduate Education Office.
