We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to support and mature the Enterprise Capacity Management Program for a financial services organization. This role will be a key contributor to a program that coordinates capacity and demand visibility across decentralized technology domains.

The ideal candidate will drive cross-domain reporting, governance coordination, and analytics development to provide enterprise-wide visibility into capacity utilization, risks, and forward-looking demand.

This position plays a key role in supporting leadership decision-making by ensuring consistent, actionable, and data-driven capacity insights are delivered through established governance forums.

• Program Coordination & Reporting
  • Partner with technology domain teams to collect and align capacity and demand-related inputs, including utilization trends, forecasts, risks, and constraints.
  • Aggregate domain-level data to produce a consolidated enterprise capacity view for leadership and governance forums.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates, dashboards, and artifacts to ensure consistency across domains.
  • Support the evolution of enterprise capacity reporting frameworks and KPIs.
• Governance & Meeting Facilitation
  • Coordinate and facilitate capacity management working group sessions and governance forums (e.g., Senior Working Group, Steering Committee).
  • Prepare and present capacity reporting materials, including executive summaries, risk insights, and decision support content.
  • Track meeting outcomes, decisions, and follow-up actions to ensure program continuity and accountability.
• Analytics & Insights
  • Analyze capacity data to identify trends, risks, constraints, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Support development of operational analytics strategies, KPIs, and reporting metrics to measure program maturity and performance.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making by producing clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with infrastructure domain leads, enterprise monitoring teams, and architecture stakeholders to gather and validate reporting inputs.
  • Facilitate discussions to align on reporting expectations, data availability, and governance requirements.
  • Support cross-functional efforts to improve capacity management practices and reporting maturity.
• Program Support & Continuous Improvement
  • Assist in refining capacity management standards, processes, and reporting structures.
  • Identify gaps in reporting, data quality, and process consistency, and recommend improvements.
  • Support onboarding of new domains into the capacity management program and reporting cycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working in enterprise IT environments, preferably with infrastructure, monitoring, or operations teams.
• Experience with capacity management, observability, or enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Familiarity with capacity planning, forecasting, and demand management concepts.
