Ingram Micro is looking for a Data Insights Analyst to help transform data into meaningful insights that support our Sales Excellence organization. In this role, you will create business value by collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze aggregated data, build dashboards, uncover opportunities, and effectively communicate actionable recommendations to the business.  ## What You'll Do
* Analyze large datasets from multiple sources, including sales, customer behavior, market trends, and internal operations, to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities.
* Derive meaningful insights from data analysis and provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
* Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for sales and business stakeholders.
* Develop KPI reporting that helps leaders measure business performance and make informed decisions.
* Support initiatives focused on sales performance, profitability, customer engagement, pipeline management, and account optimization.
* Deliver both recurring reporting and ad hoc analyses to answer evolving business questions.
* Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and provide data-driven recommendations.
* Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.  ##

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Three years of professional experience, including at least one year in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, finance analytics, or a related field.
* Hands-on experience building dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
* Experience with DAX and Power Query.
* Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Experience presenting findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.  ##

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with enterprise data environments or platforms such as Google Big Query.
* Background in sales analytics, financial analysis, business intelligence, or commercial reporting.
* Knowledge of forecasting, predictive analytics, or statistical analysis.
* Microsoft PL-300 certification, or a desire to pursue certification.
