• Provide support to the Commercial team in processing Certificates of Insurance and Evidences of Property Insurance.
• Review and analyze insurance requirements provided by clients against policy coverages including contract specifications and lender requirements.
• Escalate identified compliance gaps to the Commercial Insurance Account Manager.
• Follow agency standards and best practices for Certificate/Evidence issuance.

• Identify potential cross‑sell, up‑sell, and account rounding opportunities during compliance review.
• Promote and support electronic distribution of Certificates and Evidences.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as requested to support the team.

• 2‑3 years’ experience in a similar commercial insurance role (required).
• Property & Casualty license or willingness to pursue one within 90 days.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Open to continued education; college degree preferred.
• Positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
