Key Responsibilities Assess risks and negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits, and pricing with carriers Deliver and review new and renewal policies for accuracy with clients Manage an existing portfolio of business while developing new relationships within the yacht team
Required Qualifications , Training, and Education BA/BS preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent required More than 3 years of industry and product line experience, ideally with yacht-specific coverage
Experience with EPIC or similar agency management systems preferred 220-Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire Knowledge of yacht insurance terminology and market guidelines
