Property and Casualty VP

A company is looking for a Vice President, Private Equity Risk.

Key Responsibilities Lead insurance due diligence for complex private equity transactions, coordinating internal teams and external advisors Evaluate target company insurance programs and identify material coverage gaps and risks Develop executive-level insurance due diligence reports and advise on risk mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree in a related field preferred Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance brokerage, risk advisory, or transaction support Property and Casualty License required;
Surplus Lines License preferred Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or RPLU preferred Familiarity with transaction insurance products and risk mitigation strategies preferred
