Key Responsibilities Manage claims related to commercial property and commercial inland marine damage Investigate claim damages and determine coverage through analysis of investigation data and policy terms Facilitate claim resolutions ensuring fair settlement and excellent customer service
Required Qualifications 5+ years of claims handling experience with a focus on commercial property claims preferred Adjusters license required with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
Experience with Xactimate and Xact Contents software is required 2+ years of experience handling fire and water losses Knowledge of claims processes, policy language, and insurance industry practices is required
