Iowa Licensed National Sales Agent

A company is looking for a National Sales Agent, Direct Distribution - Personal Lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls/emails from prospective customers for property/casualty insurance and perform follow-up work to close sales Write quality risk policies based on underwriting requirements and utilize sales techniques to close sales Provide counseling on appropriate coverage, complete necessary applications, and contribute to team quotas/goals

Required Qualifications , Training, and

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate studies preferred State licensing as required for property/casualty products Three or more years of related work experience in sales of property/casualty and life insurance Prefer exposure to multiple product telemarketing in a call center environment Advanced knowledge of sales techniques and insurance products
