Account Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Buffalo, NY. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and managing strong client relationships, providing tailored insurance and risk management solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, analyzing insurance coverage needs, coordinating renewals, and addressing client inquiries. The Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and help clients achieve their risk management goals.

• Strong knowledge of insurance, risk management, and surety solutions
• Account management skills, including client relationship management and problem-solving
• Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, with excellent customer service abilities
• Organizational and multitasking skills, including the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
• Experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with captive solutions is a plus
• Proficiency in industry-related software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field preferred
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace
