Data Platform Specialist
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Shift: 1st, Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

- Handling unique or complex customer transactions outside of the platform as needed.
- Processing customer transactions, updating, correcting, or altering transactions as requested.
- Addressing platform inquiries with speed and accuracy, meeting required service level agreements (SLAs).
- Performing transactional functions to support business and associate team member requests.
- Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of requests and transactions, ensuring data integrity.
- Supporting platform adoption and collaborating with Account Managers and Business Owners to convert opportunities.
- Generating data quality reports, providing insights, and offering general support for the team.
- Two-year college degree or equivalent experience, or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar functional area.
- OR high school diploma (or equivalent) and 5 years’ functional experience, preferably at a senior level.
- Strong knowledge of professional communication techniques and customer care.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and strong personal computing skills.
- Organizational skills, ability to analyze data, and provide insights.
- Team player who can prioritize tasks and operate with urgency and results orientation.
- Understanding of maintaining data integrity and optimizing business processes.
