The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Salary $80,000-$110,000 commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time (remote if not in Buffalo, NY; hybrid if located in Buffalo, NY metropolitan area)

- Attorney: 1-3 years
- Member of the NY bar in good standing
- 1-3 years’ experience with New York Civil Practice
- Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience with written discovery, motion practice, drafting motions and pleadings, independently conducting depositions, and trial preparation
- 1+ years of broad-based litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
