Client seeks a detail‑oriented Paralegal to handle intake, review, and mediation of consumer complaints, referring potential illegal conduct for attorney review. Supports affirmative investigations through case management, FOIL responses, evidence review, system updates, and public outreach activities.

• Intake and review consumer complaints.
• Mediate complaints and/or refer patterns of illegal behaviour for attorney review.
• Utilize and update NY Matters on a daily basis.
• Assist attorneys with affirmative investigations, including drafting consumer affirmations and collecting and reviewing evidence. Assist with responding to FOIL requests regarding consumer files and document handling.
• Conduct public outreach, including tabling events.
