Job Overview

Lippes Mathis LLP is seeking an Associate attorney with 2-8+ years of experience to join our award-winning Corporate practice group. Depending on seniority, the candidate should have experience in one or more of the following: working on purchase and/or sale of companies, private company investments, securities offerings, general corporate transactions, and corporate governance. A successful candidate can anticipate a collegial, team-oriented environment that provides the necessary training and guidance to develop and grow his or her professional skillset.

An ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, a collaborative mindset, an ability to work independently, and strong project management and problem‑solving skills.

Salary range dependent on experience: $110,000-$160,000+/year. The pay range provided in this listing is a good faith estimate for this position based on the location that we are hiring for. Criteria included but not limited to skill level, education, and experience, will determine where a candidate falls within the range.

Full‑time employees are also eligible for a year‑end bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning the first of the month following hire; immediate eligibility for the firm’s 401(k) and profit‑sharing plan; firm‑arranged parking at our downtown locations; and firm‑paid long‑term disability coverage for all employees.
