Position Overview

Goldberg Segalla seeks a responsible individual to provide support to our Employment & Labor attorneys. Work includes, but is not limited to, drafting pleadings and discovery, obtaining case and court docket information, legal research, and case law analysis. Applicants will have either earned a J.D. or be currently working toward one. This is a part‑time position. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multi‑task, and good communication skills.

Candidates must be local to the Buffalo area.

• Upcoming 2026 or 2027 law school graduates
• Sitting for the bar in July of 2026 or 2027
• Those ending a clerkship in August 2026 or 2027

The annualized salary for an admitted attorney in this position is $75,000–$100,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses and a full benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, flexible spending, and more.
