Data Entry Clerk

As a Data Entry Clerk at CF Servicing LLC, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our case management system and be responsible for entering and updating case information, setting up and monitoring docket alerts, and ensuring all case details are current and properly tracked. This is a part-time position.

• Transferring information from digital files (PDFs, spreadsheets) into computer systems or databases.
• Cross-checking entered data against source documents to detect and correct errors, ensuring 99%+ accuracy.
• Navigating differences in case numbering conventions, filing systems, and docket structures across federal courts, state courts, and various jurisdictions.
• Updating existing records with new information and comparing updated information for changes.
• Organizing and archiving digital documents after entry to optimize retrieval.
• Generating summaries, lists, or periodic reports based on the entered data for managers or other departments.
• Adhering to data privacy regulations and company security protocols when handling sensitive information.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Experience with case management systems or databases preferred.
• Familiarity with federal/state court systems, case and docket numbering conventions, and tools like PACER, Court Link, or Lex Machin preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
• Ability to prioritize high volumes of work and meet tight deadlines independently.

The compensation range for this position is $20 - 22 hourly, commensurate with experience.
