Divorce & Family Law Attorney

The Role

We're hiring a litigation-focused divorce and family law attorney (4-8 years preferred; 3-4+ minimum) who thrives in a model where the firm sets strategic direction and the associate owns disciplined, high-output execution.

You will:

• Handle contested divorce and family law matters through resolution.
• Appear in court; handle motions, hearings, conferences, depositions, and trials.
• Draft strong pleadings, discovery, agreements, and orders.
• Move cases forward daily with urgency and organization.
• Maintain clean, thorough file documentation.
• Practice a disciplined, cost-benefit litigation strategy.

Compensation- $135,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus structure and benefits
