Job Description :
Pay Range: $24hr - $28hr
Duties:
- Intake and review consumer complaints.
- Mediate complaints and/or refer patters of illegal behavior for attorney review.
- Assist attorneys with affirmative investigations, including drafting consumer affirmations and collecting and reviewing evidence.
- Assist with responding to FOIL requests regarding consumer files and document handling.
- Conduct public outreach, including tabling events.
Education:
- Bachelors Degree.
