Job Details

Seeking a finance attorney with 6+ years of relevant experience for the firm's Rochester or Buffalo office.

• Experience with negotiating credit and security agreements and M&A financing preferred.
• Candidates must have excellent drafting and negotiation skills and a strong academic background.
