Our prestigious law firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner in Trust & Estates with a minimum of 15 years' experience. The successful candidate will lead and expand our Trust & Estates practice. You will be valued and nurtured in a supportive, collaborative environment. • Manage a broad range of trust and estate matters, including estate planning, trust administration, revocable and irrevocable trusts, supplemental needs trusts, charitable trusts and probate proceedings.
• Advise clients on estate, gift, and related tax planning strategies, including wealth preservation, charitable giving, and business succession planning.
• Oversee all aspects of estate and trust administration, including fiduciary obligations, accountings and distributions.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to grow and strategically expand the trust and estates practice.
• Stay current on developments in trust and estate law and provide proactive guidance to clients.

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the NY state bar.
• At least 15 years of experience in trust and estate law, with a proven track record of success.
• Extensive knowledge of estate planning, administration, wills and trusts.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
