Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re partnering with a growing, technology-driven manufacturing organization that’s investing in its global supply chain and looking for a leader to help take it to the next level. This role sits at the center of operations, with real ownership over purchasing strategy, supplier performance, and material flow across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you enjoy building systems, leading teams, and seeing the direct impact of your decisions on the business, this role offers real visibility and influence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management functions across the organization
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with production requirements, customer demand, and long-term business goals
  • Build, manage, and strengthen supplier relationships while driving cost reductions, quality improvements, and continuity of supply
  • Oversee demand forecasting, capacity planning, and material flow to support production schedules and on‑time delivery
  • Optimize logistics, freight, and distribution strategies while ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, lean practices, and proactive supply chain risk management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
  • Master’s degree a plus
  • Demonstrated supply chain experience, with leadership responsibility in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier negotiations
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, solve complex problems, and drive change
  • Experience working within ERP/MRP systems
  • APICS/CSCP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications a plus
Why This Role

This is an opportunity to step into a visible leadership role where you can shape supply chain strategy, influence operational outcomes, and build scalable processes within a growing manufacturing organization. The company values collaboration, continuous improvement, and leaders who want to leave things better than they found them.
