This role sits at the center of operations, with real ownership over purchasing strategy, supplier performance, and material flow across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities- Lead procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management functions across the organization
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with production requirements, customer demand, and long-term business goals
- Build, manage, and strengthen supplier relationships while driving cost reductions, quality improvements, and continuity of supply
- Oversee demand forecasting, capacity planning, and material flow to support production schedules and on‑time delivery
- Optimize logistics, freight, and distribution strategies while ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, lean practices, and proactive supply chain risk management
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- Master’s degree a plus
- Demonstrated supply chain experience, with leadership responsibility in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong working knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier negotiations
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, solve complex problems, and drive change
- Experience working within ERP/MRP systems
- APICS/CSCP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications a plus
