Director Supply Chain Operations

Job Description

Responsible for planning and managing the day‑to‑day supply‑chain function, including purchasing and materials management across the organization. Ensure the product is ordered and available as needed. Ensure that purchase orders are processed timely and delivered timely to avoid any interruption in operations or patient care. Supervise staff and processes for supply‑chain operations. Provide operational direction and oversight for warehousing and distribution and any other activities assigned by the Senior Director.

Communicate back‑order recommendations and financial support to Senior Management and Nurse Managers. Responsible for disaster preparedness for multiple sites and provide leadership guidance regarding supply availability and distribution. Partner closely with clinical, operational, and financial leadership to ensure efficient materials management, inventory control, and automated replenishment strategies that support high‑quality patient care.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or supply‑chain required.

10 years of experience in supply chain required. 5 years of experience in management of staff, preferably in a multi‑site acute care setting required.
