The Production Support Associate (Part‑Time) helps prepare and ship prescription orders in a fast‑paced, clean healthcare environment. You will pick, pack, and verify orders while ensuring accuracy and patient safety.

Location: Cheektowaga, NY (Buffalo area)
Schedule: 4‑day work week. Sundays and Fridays are mandatory (2:00 pm‑10:30 pm). The other 2 remaining shifts will be based on business need.

- Use scanners and computer systems to process work
- Track and update order status in the system
- Communicate issues or discrepancies to the team

- Follow safety guidelines and healthcare standards
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- and typically requires 1+ years of related experience.
- Basic math, reading, and written communication skills
- Experience in warehouse, retail, stocking, or fulfillment roles
- Experience using scanners or working with inventory systems
- Exposure to pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated environments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment
- This position requires regular, reliable attendance and the ability to work the scheduled hours for the position.
- Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled and perform the essential functions of the job during assigned work hours.
- Ability to use a computer or handheld scanner
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
