Procurement Supervisor

About the Role

As the Procurement Planning Supervisor at Motivair, a Schneider Electric company, you will be responsible for leading the planning and coordination of materials, components, and supplier capacity to support the company’s mission-critical cooling product lines. You will ensure alignment between customer demand, engineering requirements, and manufacturing capabilities, while collaborating across Schneider Electric’s global supply chain network. This role plays a key part in ensuring reliability, agility, and responsiveness in upstream operations, with a strong focus on supplier performance and inventory optimization.

• Develop and manage upstream supply plans to support the production of mission-critical cooling solutions, ensuring alignment with customer orders and engineering timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely sourcing and availability of key components.
• Partner with Schneider Electric’s global supply chain and sourcing teams to leverage economies of scale and supplier performance data.
• Manage supplier planning relationships, ensuring capacity visibility and proactive risk mitigation.
• Optimize inventory levels of long-lead and high-value components while maintaining production flexibility.
• Drive continuous improvement in upstream planning processes, focusing on lead-time reduction, forecasting accuracy, and process automation.
