Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown is looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Aide to support daily hotel operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and helping ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests.

Complete basic maintenance tasks: light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs

Perform routine preventive maintenance on guest rooms and hotel equipment

Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff in a timely manner

Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and stocked

Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal and exterior upkeep

Report larger maintenance issues to the Chief Engineer

Previous maintenance/handyman experience preferred, but not required

Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and building systems

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical tasks

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

Flexible availability, including weekends or evenings as needed
