Warehouse Associate

Join to apply for the Warehouse Associate role at Power‑Flo Technologies in Buffalo. This is a full‑time position (Mon‑Fri, 7:30 AM‑4:00 PM) with a salary range of $17–$20 per hour plus benefits.

Base pay: $17.00/hr – $20.00/hr.

• Perform basic warehouse work: removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving, organizing, etc.
• Pull and stage orders for shipment.
• Organize inventory.
• Maintain a clean driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle.
• Plan delivery route to maximize efficiency and productivity for the day.
• Obey all traffic laws and parking regulations.
• Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders.

• Warehouse experience required.
• Current, valid, clean NYS driver’s license (7 years clean driving record) to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to obtain & maintain DOT certification.
• Ability to follow processes, procedures, and policies.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate verbally and written with functional English skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Experience with box trucks (16‑18 ft) and flatbed truck is a plus; no CDL required.
• Forklift experience a plus.

• Stand for up to 8 hours.
• Lift 50 pounds and push or pull over 100 pounds.
• Work on elevated platforms.
• Climb ladders.
• Stand, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch and/or reach; may need to lift and move items regularly.
• Exposed to dust, loud noises, and hot/cold conditions.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and fine motor skills for hand tools, power tools, and other machinery.
