We're looking for a skilled, dependable, and disciplined individual to join our team.

• Travel to different site properties within the Buffalo area focusing on assigned maintenance, grounds and cleaning tasks.
• Maintain overall maintenance, cleanliness, daily upkeep, and the overall needs of the property, all aspects, inside and out, according to the Cornerstone and NSPIRE standards.
• Take pride in your craft!
• Take initiative and accountability.
• Perform snow removal/landscaping as needed.
• Assist and/or work independently on maintenance service requests and repairs.
• Communicate in writing and verbally on maintenance activities, including problems encountered, work orders, and vacancy status updates.
• Assist and/or work independently with the team, preparing apartments for the move‑in of future tenants.
• Inspect the property daily and maintain proper cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times, working cooperatively with staff, co‑workers, and residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned and commit to promoting company culture, mission, and values.

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3 years’ minimum experience related to maintenance and building systems required.
• Prior experience working in property management is a plus!
• Personal cell phone use required (reimbursement included).
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid NYS driver's license, and the ability to respond to required on‑call shifts.
