Job Responsibilities As a Commercial Cleaner, you will:

• Dust furniture, desks, shelves, and other surfaces
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Empty trash containers and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms
• Clean offices, hallways, entrances, and common areas
• Refill soap, paper products, and other supplies
• Follow assigned cleaning procedures and safety requirements (safety glasses and company provided steel toe shoes)
• Report low supplies, maintenance concerns, or building issues
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and customers
• Help ensure assigned buildings are clean and ready for the next business day

Qualifications To be successful in this position, you should:

• Be dependable and arrive on time for every scheduled shift
• Be able to work independently and complete assigned duties
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be able to follow instructions and cleaning procedures
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have reliable transportation
• Maintain proof of automobile insurance
• Be able to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift
