Environmental Services​/Custodial Manager

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Service Manager for Buffalo, NY to oversee a split shift schedule and support our second and third shift teams (overnight shifts included). This is a union account and a 400 bed facility that includes a long term care unit. This successful candidate will manage a team of 25 and report directly into the Director on-site. Our Sodexo Healthcare housekeeping teams work to direct custodial operations at healthcare client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions.

These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, as well as follow‑through with action items that impact both client and patient satisfaction.
