* Job Summary :
* The Operations Manager oversees all aspects of Assembly & Test ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across functions. This role leads supervisors and cross-functional teams, drives continuous improvement, and aligns operations with business objectives.
* What you will do :

• Lead a team to build and ship quality product on time
• Align personnel & skills to the product build
• Collaborate on production issues timely and in full
• Collaborate on customer expedites
• Meet scheduled due dates with quality product
• Support productivity
• Promote and practice concurrent engineering
• Deliver accountability through tiered standup meetings focused on increasing throughput
• Write, implement, and audit policies and procedures related to Safety, Quality, and Processes
• Implement lean product and process methodologies such as work cell and pull models
• Lead and manage operational activities across Assembly & Test to meet customer and business requirements.
• Develop and execute integrated schedules and resource plans for multiple functions.
• Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Drive productivity and efficiency improvement initiatives across operations.
• Collaborate with support functions to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and operational performance metrics for all functional areas.
• Coach, develop, train, and manage performance of supervisors and team leaders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
* Qualifications : *

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing.
• Proven leadership in managing production teams, KPIs and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
