A company is looking for a Manager Issue Resolution.

Key Responsibilities Manage the Issue Resolution department staff to ensure timely and high-quality resolution of warranty or liability damages Oversee the assignment process and monitor staff performance to maintain customer service standards Provide training, coaching, and guidance to team members while maintaining compliance with service standards

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience Minimum of two years in a supervisory role and four years in construction estimating or property adjusting Highly proficient in advanced computer skills Ability to effectively manage and supervise employees Strong negotiation techniques and ability to handle difficult issues under pressure
