Key Responsibilities Design and optimize processes, programs, and tools for store efficiency and execution Establish KPIs to measure performance and ensure initiatives improve efficiency and customer satisfaction Support planning and execution of annual business meetings to align teams and reinforce strategic priorities
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field required 10+ years of experience in multi-unit retail, store operations, or program management Demonstrated success in leading process transformation or store experience programs Experience in planning and executing large-scale corporate or field meetings Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable programs and sustain adoption at scale
