Director of Sales and Operations Planning

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Sales and Operations Planning.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the S&OP framework to align with strategic business goals Oversee the development of accurate demand forecasts by integrating market intelligence and applying scenario planning Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure forecasting accuracy and overall process effectiveness

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain is required;
Master's degree preferred Minimum of twelve years of Operations, Sales, or Product Management experience is required At least two years in a director or higher-level role is required

Experience with S&OP, IBP, and demand planning is required PMP certification is preferred
