This is a full-time, in-person Management Trainee role at Enterprise, located in the Auburn, WA area, specifically at the flagship store at 2316 Auburn Way North. • Pay: $60,000 annually (Targeted 1st year compensation based on a 45-hour work week, including an hourly rate of $24.29/hour plus overtime.)

  To learn and master all facets of Enterprise's business from day one, serving as a primary contact for customers and partners, driving operational excellence, and developing the leadership skills necessary to run a branch and build local business relationships.

  Serve as the primary contact for customers and partners while managing essential behind-the-scenes operational tasks.

• Core Functions:
  Excel in areas such as customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operational management.

• Background: A Bachelor's degree is a required minimum qualification for this entry-level Management Trainee position.
• Experience:
  
  Candidates must possess at least 6 months of cumulative experience within the last five years in areas demonstrating key business skills. This includes experience in sales roles with commission or set goals, customer service positions such as retail, serving, hospitality, or call center environments, or leadership capacities including management, military service, organized athletics, clubs, organizations, or community involvement.
• Skills:
  
  A valid driver's license is required, along with a driving record that shows no more than 2 civil moving violations within the past three years. This ensures eligibility for driving company vehicles and performing related duties.

  Applicants must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States. Enterprise Mobility does not offer work authorization sponsorship for this position, either now or in the future.
