Big things are cooking at Rosina; our family is expanding! We’re opening over 100 new career opportunities at our state-of-the-art meatball facility as part of a major expansion to be completed by the end of 2025.

• $21–$25/hr depending on experience
• $1.50/$1.00 shift differential for 2nd/3rd shift

• Operate and monitor food production and packaging equipment
• Complete quality checks and sanitation tasks
• Follow safety and food safety guidelines (USDA, FDA, HACCP)
• Keep work areas clean and safe
• Work independently and with your team to meet daily goals
• Help onboard and support new team members

• 6+ months experience in food manufacturing or similar environment
• Attention to safety, quality, and detail
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in hot, cold, or loud settings
• Willingness to learn, train, and grow with us
