Manufacturing Engineer

The company designs, engineers, manufactures, and tests its products in-house, delivering fully integrated solutions for complex, dynamic, and motion-control challenges.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and refine manufacturing workflows for precision-machined parts.
• Produce CNC programs for lathes, vertical mills, and complex multi-axis / multi-spindle equipment. Familiarity with Mazatrol controls is beneficial.
• Organize job packages, including machining programs, tooling selections, and complete setup documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to production teams regarding machining methods and best practices.
• Collaborate with operators and engineers to design and implement production fixtures for machining, inspection, and assembly needs.
• Generate accurate technical drawings and engineer custom tooling or work holding solutions when necessary.
• Incorporate lean manufacturing concepts into both existing and new operations to improve efficiency and eliminate waste.
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives and ensure assigned action items are completed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose production issues and implement corrective process improvements.
• Serve as the connection point between engineering design and manufacturing operations to ensure build feasibility.
• Plan and drive initiatives that improve throughput, utilization, and overall productivity metrics.
• Promote and support company policies related to workplace safety, environmental responsibility, and compliance.
