2nd Shift Supervisor – Parts Inventory

Rosina Food Products is seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented 2nd Shift Supervisor – Parts Inventory to lead our Parts Inventory operations within our Logistics department. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing parts shipping, receiving, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and supporting maintenance and production teams to ensure operational continuity. What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Supervise Parts Inventory Associates and 2nd shift Freezer/DC team members
  • Manage scheduling, timekeeping, PTO approvals, and performance management
  • Ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions within the maintenance/inventory system
  • Monitor Min/Max levels and anticipate parts replenishment needs
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Oversee cycle counts and support internal/external audits
  • Coordinate shipments between parts room locations
  • Maintain inventory traceability and documentation for food safety compliance
  • Enforce safety programs and equipment standards
  • Support maintenance and production teams with parts requirements
What We’re Looking For
  • Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Experience with inventory management systems and forecasting tools
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment and lift up to 60+ lbs

Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
