** As a Electrical First Line Supervisor / Planner, you will play a critical role in maximizing equipment reliability and workforce productivity. You will lead frontline maintenance teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of daily work while driving continuous improvement across the site.  You’ll connect people, processes, and technology—anticipating challenges, eliminating delays, and ensuring your team has everything needed to succeed.
** What You’ll Do**
* ** Lead & Develop Talent:
** Coach and mentor skilled technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
* ** Drive Operational Excellence:
** Oversee daily maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance
* ** Plan & Execute:
** Coordinate labor, materials, tools, and permits to ensure seamless execution of maintenance work
* ** Prioritize for Impact:
** Make real-time decisions to balance safety, reliability, and production needs
* ** Enhance Safety Culture:
** Champion and enforce safety programs—ensuring every task is completed safely and responsibly
* ** Respond & Solve:
** Lead response to maintenance issues and emergencies with urgency and precision
* ** Collaborate Broadly:
** Partner with production teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver innovative solutions and improve reliability
** What You Bring
*** 5+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance or skilled trades
* Associate’s degree in an electrical discipline or a minimum of 10 years of manufacturing electrical / controls experience required
* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
* Experience building and driving preventative maintenance programs
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
* Experience with SAP or similar systems for maintenance planning and tracking
* Familiarity with tools such as ETQ, Cority, Workday, or similar systems
* Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment
