For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $27 - $38 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and may also include premium pay or differentials, depending on location. This position will train on 1st shift; once training is complete, 2nd shift will go into effect.
Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive quality control operations at various manufacturing stages following established protocols and quality management instructions.
- Perform detailed product inspections and measurements to ensure compliance with corporate and customer standards.
- Analyze quality data and identify potential production issues before they impact final products.
- Implement contingency plans and suggest process improvements based on quality findings.
- Document and report inspection results while maintaining accurate quality control records.
- Strong technical knowledge in quality control processes and inspection techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical specifications and quality standards.
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent analytical problem‑solving skills.
- Proven track record in manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
