Quality Control Inspector - Second Shift

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $27 - $38 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and may also include premium pay or differentials, depending on location. This position will train on 1st shift; once training is complete, 2nd shift will go into effect.

• Execute comprehensive quality control operations at various manufacturing stages following established protocols and quality management instructions.
• Perform detailed product inspections and measurements to ensure compliance with corporate and customer standards.
• Analyze quality data and identify potential production issues before they impact final products.
• Implement contingency plans and suggest process improvements based on quality findings.
• Document and report inspection results while maintaining accurate quality control records.

• Strong technical knowledge in quality control processes and inspection techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical specifications and quality standards.
• Sharp attention to detail and excellent analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Proven track record in manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
