- - Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor automated production equipment (e.g., saws, stackers, ovens/cure processes, conveyors, automated handling systems);
Monitor HMI/control screens, production setpoints, and alarms; make routine adjustments within defined parameters and escalate issues as needed;
Load/unload materials and maintain the correct materials/supplies to support continuous production;
Perform start-up/shutdown and routine equipment checks; document production data, downtime, and quality results;
Conduct quality inspections and random checks (dimensions, appearance, color, labeling, banding) to verify product meets specifications
