Manufacturing Technician

Seeking candidates with experience in carpentry, construction, and/or hand and power tools!

1st Shift: Mon-Fri

• Fabrication and carpentry of products using blueprints and work instructions.
• Dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability using cutting, trimming, sanding, drilling, and finishing tools.
• Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation.
• Aptitude for following safety protocols for handling materials.
• Familiarity with common fastening and joining techniques.
• Working knowledge of finish carpentry methods.
• Ability to fabricate quality parts/assemblies with minimal defects.
• Aptitude for assessing and troubleshooting fabrication issues.
• Capability to actively participate in continuous process improvement.
• Capacity to effectively communicate with engineers, technicians, and leadership.
• Ability to work precisely and accurately under deadlines.
• Capacity to maintain a clean, safe work environment and procedures.
• Follow all safety protocols and company compliance standards.
• Performs other duties as required by operations.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to use a ruler, measuring tape.
• Requires basic math skills.
• Comfortable working around fiberglass products.
• Ability to read basic work instructions.
• Prior experience using hand and power tools.
