CNC Machinist

Your role

As a CNC Machinist I, your mission is [briefly describe the main mission]. You will report to the Team Leader.

• Learn to operate CNC equipment while developing foundational machining skills. You will support production by following defined procedures and working closely with more experienced machinists and engineers.
• Operate HMC, mill-turn, grinder, or balancer machines under supervision; seek assistance when encountering operational issues.
• Follow standard safety protocols and quality procedures.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area in alignment with 6S principles.
• Collaborate with Cell Support Engineers and Team Leaders to identify and resolve basic issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.

• 0-3 years of machining experience or technical education/certification in CNC machining.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions.
