Assembly technician

Seeking candidates with experience in carpentry, construction, and/or hand and power tools!

Steady full-time hours!

1st Shift: Mon-Fri

• Fabrication and carpentry of products using blueprints and work instructions.
• Dexterity and attention to detail.
• Use cutting, trimming, sanding, drilling, and finishing tools.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Follow safety protocols for handling materials.
• Use fastening and joining techniques.
• Apply finish carpentry methods.
• Fabricate quality parts/assemblies with minimal defects.
• Assess and troubleshoot fabrication issues.
• Participate in continuous process improvement.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, technicians, and leadership.
• Work precisely and accurately under deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and procedures.
• Follow all safety protocols and company compliance standards.
• Perform other duties as required by operations.

• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to use a ruler and measuring tape; requires basic math skills.
• Comfortable working around fiberglass products.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Prior experience using hand and power tools.
