POSITION PROFILE
The Cabinetmaker is responsible for the assembly of custom commercial office furniture constructed of wood, granite, glass, metal, etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Use various machinery and hand tools to fabricate custom furniture, including:
Conference tables, workstations, reception desks, credenzas, etc. - Glues, fits and clamps parts and subassemblies together to form a complete unit.
- Trims component parts of joints to ensure proper fit.
- 3-5 years of woodworking experience, preferably in the furniture industry.
- Ability to interpret shop drawings.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED), or work experience which demonstrates performance competency.
Compensation range for this role is $20.00 - $23.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors. You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
