* Salary Range: $28.85 - $41.83 Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.

The Assembly & Test Planner manages the production plan at PC Genesee. The main objective of the role is to establish a production plan in line with demand placed in SAP and reflect actual activities in the system to ensure our ERP planning is in line with actual production.

• Advise the Operations team the need for further resource, overtime and/or sub-contract by identifying demand over capacity.
• Engage with the Team Leads to create an achievable but growth targeted work to list.
• Periodically review orders in backlog, re-schedule and find root cause to lack of schedule adherence. Then embed root cause findings into work to lists going forward.
• Optimize factory planning process alongside the Planning Manager.
• Maintain planning data with SAP.
• Maintain planning tool, refreshing monthly in line with new supply, labor, and machine information.
• Review and report OTD, schedule adherence, output value and any other appropriate KPIs.
• Support the Planning Manager in carrying out any other appropriate duties.

• Experience planning or analyzing data.
• ERP experience, ideally SAP.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, especially excel.
• Ability to read, understand, and react to KPIs.
• 2 years experience working with data, reports.
• Experience with Power Bi
• Experience with Kinaxis preferred

This role involves a mix of desk-based engineering tasks, on-site inspections, and interaction with manufacturing processes, requiring moderate physical activity in varied environments.
• Sitting/Stationary Positioning:

Uses hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls occasionally to moderately (30-40% of the time), with manual dexterity and arm-hand steadiness for tasks like sketching, operating computers, or handling small tools; near vision required for detailed drawings or screens.

Traverses moderate distances or remains in an upright stationary position frequently (30-40% of the time) to inspect production lines, collaborate with teams, or evaluate equipment on the shop floor.
• Moving Objects/Lifting/Carrying:
Occasionally moves, transports, or positions objects weighing up to 20 pounds, such as tools, prototypes, or materials, during inspections or testing; requires minimal to moderate exertion for pushing or pulling equipment.
• Bending/Twisting/Reaching:
