Salary Range: $89,590 - $111,990

The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient product flow to meet or exceed customer demand while maintaining a safe, ergonomic work environment. Key performance measures include safety, on‑time delivery, quality, efficiency, and utilization.

• Manage, develop, and lead a machining area to ensure cost‑effective and timely delivery of designated components, including full planning and control of demand and production requirements.
• Achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets for a complete range of manufactured products from the cell to the customer.
• Develop a team culture that is customer focused and focused on improved flexibility of operations.
• Promote and apply the continuous improvement process.
• Liaise with development teams to facilitate smooth introduction of new products and associated processes to the cell, meeting time, quality, and cost targets.
• Continue fostering a customer‑focused team culture with an emphasis on operation flexibility.

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in Engineering Technology or Business preferred.
• Eight years’ experience within a manufacturing operation with at least five years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing and motivating teams and leading quality and improvement projects.
• Lean Management and/or Six Sigma experience.
• Experience facilitating and leading continuous improvement activities.
• Expertise in KPI creation and execution.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and experience leading large groups.

This role involves a mix of desk‑based engineering tasks and on‑site inspections with moderate physical activity. Requirements include sitting for 40–50% of the time, hand and finger use for 30–40% of the time, standing and walking for 30–40% of the time, occasional lifting of objects up to 20 pounds, and exposure to moderate noise and occasional contaminants.
