Material Handler

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and logistics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Lackawanna, NY

Pay Range: $21/hour

Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday

What's the Job?

• Handle and move products manually, ensuring safe and efficient transportation within the facility
• Maintain accurate inventory records using both physical counts and computer ERP systems
• Operate manual jacks, two-wheelers, trucks, and forklifts (preferred but not required)
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, tilting back heavy loads as needed
• Support the team during overtime shifts as required to meet production demands

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift and handle products weighing between 50-250 pounds
• Experience with inventory management and ERP systems is a plus
• Physical fitness to perform strenuous manual work
• Strong attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented mindset
• Reliable and able to work effectively within a team environment
