Manufacturing Supervisor- 2nd Shift

Location and Compensation

Buffalo, NY – Edwards Genesee location: 6685 Crosby Rd, Basom, NY 14013

Salary Range: $79,530 – $99,420 (may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location).

The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures efficient product flow to meet or exceed customer demand while maintaining a safe, ergonomic work environment. Key performance measures include safety, on-time delivery, quality, efficiency, and utilization.

• Lead and develop manufacturing employees in the machining area to ensure cost‑effective and timely delivery of designated components.
• Achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets for a complete range of manufactured products from cell to customer.
• Develop a customer‑focused team culture with an emphasis on flexibility of operations.
• Develop and promote the continuous improvement process.
• Liaise with management to facilitate the introduction of new products and processes, meeting timescale, quality, and cost targets.

• HS Diploma or GED required; degree in Engineering Technology or Business preferred.

• 5 years in a manufacturing operation with 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading and motivating teams.
• Lean Management and/or Six Sigma experience.
• Experience facilitating and leading continuous improvement activities.
